The Buyer understands and recognizes that cameras, mounts and accessories sold by CyclopsCam. are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. No warranty of any kind, express or implied, is made respecting the products sold. Because of the nature in which the cameras are used, the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsover resulting from the use of our products. CyclopsCam warrants that when our products are received by the customer, they will be free from defect. Any product returned for warranty must be returned to CyclopsCam within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include the original sales slip or proof of purchase, detailed information regarding the problem, your name, address and phone number. If returned product is found by CyclopsCam to be defective in either material or workmanship CyclopsCam will either repair or replace the product at its discretion and its sole cost.
